The Mental Wellbeing Lifeline

1 in 4 people are facing mental health issues every year
Taking positive action in our communities
Behind the headlines

All of us will feel unable to cope at some point in our lives.

It may be triggered by a sudden crisis, a relationship breakdown or going bankrupt.

1 in 6 young adults have experienced mental trauma - yet felt that their problems weren't 'serious enough to be taken seriously by other people.'

We exist to make sure that those millions of people don't struggle in silence - and kindness goes a long way when helping people with mental health issues.

Supporting you - taking positive action on mental health in our communities
We are not professional counsellors. We're not medical professionals. But we are a community built on kindness - and kindness goes a long way when helping people with mental health issues.

Our Helpers and Heroes are all people who notice when something 'doesn't seem right' with a close friend, or family member. Or when somebody's gone 'off the radar' and not been seen for a while. We reach out with kindness, respect, and most importantly, practical professional help when needed.

We throw them a lifeline.
